  • Shipping policy

    We currently ship all orders Monday thru Wednesday to make sure orders arrive within 3 days. We do guarantee live arrival. If there is an issue with your delivery please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. 

    All orders placed before 8AM MST/MDT will ship same day when placed Monday thru Wednesday. 

    We currently only ship culture strains on Monday & Wednesdays. Please have your orders in by Monday at 8am MST/MDT to have your order ship same day. Single strain phytoplankton orders placed after Wednesday 9am MST/MDT, will ship the following Monday.

  • Box Charges

    We currently ship all phytoplankton shipments for a flat rate under $60 for $20. We ship all packages in an insulated box liner and include ice packs or heat packs at no charge. Orders over $60 will ship for free, depending on the size of your order your package will ship with UPS.

    With the delays on USPS we have suspended sending out shipments with flat rate boxes. USPS is still used on smaller dry good orders.

  • Issues and Refunds

    If there is an issue, after the second shipment we will issue you a store credit for the amount you paid. Shipping charges will not be covered going forward. 

    If there is an issue with delivery we will replace your order the first time at no charge, we will cover the shipping costs on all live feed orders.

    We currently do not accept returns of live phytoplanktons, fertilizers, live rotifers and feeds. If there is an issue we ask that you provide an email within 24 hours of arrival with pictures. If we do not receive an email an pictures within 24 hours of your package arriving, your claim will need approval before the next shipment is sent out.

  • Local dropoff

    Local pickups are scheduled for Thursday or Friday depending on our schedule. Orders that are placed after Thursday at 1pm MST/MDT, will be for the following week. You will recieve a text from 801-901-0970 to confirm a day.

  • Local shipping

    If you live in Utah, we will ship on Thursdays when your order is placed before 1PM MST/MDT. Shipping orders work best versus a local delivery.

  • Local pickup

    You can request a local pickup, from a cooler. This needs to be approved before your order. If your order is placed after Thursday 1pm MST/MDT please text 801-901-0970 to see when your order will be fulfilled.

  • Shipping non perishable

    All non perishable items ship for $7 when the order is below $44.99. Shipping is free above $45, all non perishable items are shipped UPS ground saver. Orders placed before 4pm MST will ship same day. 

    If you order corals, fish, phytoplankton, rotifers or pods and your aquarium supplies can be sent in the same box size, we will refund your shipping cost if you're charge the $7 fee.

  • Refunds & Returns

    All non perishable items have 30 days after arrival to process a return. Returns are free, we will email you a label, you will be required to drop off the package at UPS, or USPS depending on who the label is sent through. Once the item is received, checked for parts, the refund will be issued within 24 hours, unless otherwise notified.

  • Shipping info

    Shipping Is $64.99 for all orders under $299.99. Orders over $300 will ship for free We ship UPS Next day air saver. In the event of a lost package or delay, please send us an email and we will work on replacing your order. 

    Orders that have combined categories need to have $300 or more in live corals or fish to ship for free, you cannot use aquarium supplies and phytoplankton to get free overnight shipping. Your order may ship separately when combining categories. Dry goods may ship UPS ground saver and phytoplankton will ship UPS 2 day depending on your order size.

  • 48 hour Live Arrival Guarantee

    We know everyone expects every package to arrive on time and in great condition. While we pack with 40 hour heat packs or cold packs depending on your weather we know things happen. If your coral or fish arrival or have an issue within 48 hours please notify us via email with pictures and description of what's wrong. We know that everyone can't take a day off to grab a coral, we do ask that you notify us immediately after you notice an issue.

  • Store credit for issues (DOA)

    If there is an issue with your order, upon receiving an email we will credit your account via our rewards system for the live stock issue. If your order is lost in shipping we will credit your reward account if you paid for shipping. We will allow you to use that reward credit on anything you'd like in our store. If your order received free shipping and an issue arises with a coral or fish that is less than $300 you will be required to pay for shipping again.
