Recently order tetra culture to try our hand at cultivating our own Phytoplankton. Culture showed up in perfect condition and we were successful in culturing our own! Even called them to get some tips/tricks for storage.

I had ordered a 32oz bottle but they accidentally sent a 16 oz. I called them and they corrected the mistake immediately by sending me an additional 32 oz culture. Great customer service!
