Collection: Phytoplanktons for feeding

We offer live phytoplanktons 3 ways; mixed all strains, silicate free strains and in monoculture strains. Single strains offered here are harvested and stored in 1 gallon containers. Harvesting currently happens Monday-Wednesday of each week. Our blends are made each day, we store each strain and mix each day.  We want to meet all of your needs. 

Our unique 13 blend of phytoplanktons all grown separately and mixed at peak concentration levels. If you're not looking for a specific phytoplankton this is the way to go! Get all the benefits of all the unique phytoplankton without the cost of 13. Does include phytoplankton grown with silicate fertilizers. Diatom strains of phytoplankton need silicates to grow, these phytoplanktons will consume silicates inside your aquarium. This mixture contains the following strains: Tetraselmis chuii, T-isochrysis lutea, Isochrysis galbana,  Nannochloropsis oculata, Nannochloropsus Japanese Chlorella, Chlorella, Chlorella vulgaris, Dunaliella tertiolecta, Rhodomonas salina, Rhodomonas lens, Porphyridium cruentum, Cheatoceros calcitrans, Pavlova, Phaeaodactylum tricornutum and Thalassiosira weissflogii

Products on this page ship same day when your order is placed Monday-Wednesday before 8am MST/MDT. Orders placed Wednesday after 10am MST will ship the following Monday.
