I got the pods with the phyto. Could actually see the pods in the bottle unlike most others. Will by again.

Tisochrysis lutea is a fatty acid powerhouse with high concentrations levels of EPA, DHA, ARA. Overall rich in lipids, amino acids, bioactive vitamins and golden pigments. Rich in lipids, amino acids, bioactive vitamins and pigments. Perfect live feed for corals, tridacnid clams, electric scallops, porcelain crabs, sea fans and other filter-feeding marine life. To recieve maxium benefits from this bottle swirl or agitate bottle daily and use within 21 days. Feed 10-15 ml per 10 gallons daily. Turn off return pump, wait 2-5 minutes before feeding. Leave return pump off for 30 minutes to allow corals, copepods, inverts and filter feeders to consume cells.
