Excellent mix of diatoms that will replicate in your system and one of the most important tools you can use when fighting Dino’s - I actually dose this into newer set ups as it gets diatoms growing on the surfaces which in term out compete the other nuisance algae’s which are so much harder to deal with - then once a system is matured / stable you can back off adding silica and let the diatoms consume all the silica in the system - then they will quickly fade away - corals and filter feeders love this stone as well

Fantastic company that puts out a great product.
Shipped fast and in great condition. Straight into the gallon culture container. We will see how they do!
Only 3 stars because I ordered 2 and was glad I did. One culture spun up well the other was contaminated with what looks like Tetraselmis. I do not culture Tetraselmis (only Tiso., C.mulleri, and C.calcitrans) so it is likely it came from the distributor.
Hey Kevin, thanks for leaving a review. Was the contamination in the first order 1369? On this order you reviewed, you got two 32 ounce bottles of T-iso lutea, on my notes both are from the same container. I would recommend scoping your cultures to make sure the chui is not in both cultures. If you need a replacement please reach out and I'll send you another set of bottles.
