If Reef Legends puts this much care with the way thery package yor products, you know the quality is going to match. I wish the sites that sell HIGH END fish would take this kind of care packaging. Vendor leaves a lot to be desired. needs serious work on customer service skills. don't bother as other vendors sell the same stuff and have much better response when you have issues. Not worth the votes of my dollars anymore that's for sure

Not only did I answer your email, I took your phone call about questions on a Saturday. We talked, I asked you for a video on Saturday of your setup. You sent a video on Monday, a week that is absolutely crazy. Your emails are very demanding, I am sorry you had an issue with the feeding strains trying to culture them. Growing phytoplankton is not for everyone and it’s not my responsibility to give anyone advice on how to grow them. You want my time when it’s convenient for you and expect me to hold your hand.
